  • Each non-student registration covers all the technical sessions at the main conference and workshops, as well as meals and social events such as lunches, coffee breaks, reception, banquet, etc.

  • Student registration only applies to full-time students. Proper IDs must be presented at the conference. It cannot be used to satisfy the registration requirement for the paper to be included in the proceedings or companion.

  • Student registration does not include tickets for conference reception on July 26th (Wednesday) and conference banquet on July 27th (Thursday).

  Paper Presentation

  • Every paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference in order to be included in the IEEE digital library and indexed by the EI Compendex. This requirement cannot be satisfied by a guest presenter who is not a co-author of the paper, nor by a video presentation without an in-person appearance; such papers will not be eligible for the digital library or the indexing service. Contact Program Chairs: Professor Manuel Nuñez, Professor Tadashi Dohi, or Professor Xiaoying Bai with sufficient justification in the event of extraordinary circumstances that would make attendance impossible.
